Nomination comes as e-commerce 2.0 leader gears up for new phase of rapid growth

With nearly two decades of experience growing and expanding leading e-commerce, logistics, technology and services companies, Parker’s expertise and experience will support Cart.com as it embarks on a new phase of rapid expansion.
Parker joins Cart.com after working at Managed Health Care Associates, one of the nation’s largest and most profitable alternative healthcare service and technology providers, where he served as Executive Vice President of Finance. Previously, Parker was CFO of Global Ecommerce at Pitney Bowes, managing a global team responsible for finance, pricing, loss prevention and other critical functions. Parker has overseen multiple acquisitions and rapid organic revenue growth, with e-commerce revenue tripling in just 3+ years $ 1 billion to become one of the largest providers of e-commerce logistics solutions.
Parker’s career has spanned several roles of growth and scale, as well as optimizing capital structures and navigating capital markets. In addition to his previous roles at MHA and Global Ecommerce, he has extensive experience as an investment banker for JPMorgan providing debt and equity capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions advice. He also served as a business lawyer in two of the that of New York largest international law firms.
The new appointment comes as Cart.com is based on a recent $ 98 million Series B financing round and a series of 7 major acquisitions, to expand its e-commerce as a service (ECaaS) platform. With 2,500 customers already using the Cart.com solution, Parker will be responsible for internationalizing the company over the next 6-9 months in preparation for its IPO within the next two years.
