Reich to replace former CFO Krish Venkataraman as he transitions to KnowBe4 board
TAMPA BAY, Florida, March 10, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and phishing simulation platform, today announced that new CFO Bob Reich has assumed his role , replacing former CFO Krish Venkataraman who will move to KnowBe4 Board of Directors.
Reich brings to his new role more than 25 years of experience in transformative value creation strategies and extensive business and financial management expertise. He has held senior management positions with a number of leading public and private equity companies. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Catalina Marketing Corporation, and previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Syniverse Holdings, Inc. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and chief financial officer for Hawaiian Telcom Communications, Inc., and executive positions at McLeodUSA, Inc. and Central Wisconsin Transportation Corporation. Reich began his career in finance at Deloitte in Chicago.
