OLD FORGE, Pennsylvania – Richard Golden Jr. and Alyssa Golden have joined UltraComfort America, a family-owned manufacturer of power recliners based in Old Forge, Pennsylvania. Ultracomfort is the furniture division of Golden Technologies, which has provided durable lift recliners to the medical equipment industry for over 35 years.
“When my father, Robert Golden, and his business partner, Fred Kiwak, started Golden Technologies in a garage over three decades ago, we never thought we would become the largest manufacturer in the United States and power recliners overseas for the furniture industry,” said Rich Golden, President and CEO. “Having my two eldest children – Richard Jr. and Alyssa – join our company is truly an incredible feeling and extremely proud. Both are invaluable assets to the organization. We look forward to all of their contributions in the years to come.
